Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on byondthewords, a product of Shaznation, including access plans and add-on device slots.

Try before you buy: every new account gets a free 7-day trial with full access to every game. We'd encourage you to use that trial period to make sure byondthewords is the right fit before purchasing, since our standard policy below is that purchases are final.

1. What we sell

1 Month Full Access	30 days of unlimited access to all games, on 1 device
1 Year Full Access	365 days of unlimited access to all games, on 1 device
+1 Additional Device Slot	Adds one extra device to an existing account

These are one-time purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions — you won't be charged again automatically when a plan ends.

2. Our standard policy

Because every account includes a free 7-day trial to evaluate the platform before paying, purchases of access plans and device slots are generally non-refundable once payment is completed and access has been granted.

3. When we will issue a refund

We want byondthewords to work for you. We will issue a refund if:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase (a duplicate transaction)
A technical fault on our end prevented you from accessing the games you purchased, and we were unable to fix it within a reasonable time
You were charged but never actually received the access or device slot you paid for

If you believe one of these applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and order details.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@byondthewords.com or use our Contact page, and include your registered email address and the date of the purchase. You can also call or message +92 302 3696035. Our address is Shaznation, 2nd Floor, Building No. P88, Near Falak Naz Greens, Shah Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via the payment gateway used for the purchase (PayFast, PayPro, or Safepay). Depending on your bank, this can take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after we approve it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
