These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of byondthewords, including our website, games, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. byondthewords is a product of Shaznation, a registered sole proprietorship ("Shaznation," "we").

1. Using byondthewords

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for any activity on your account.
• Accounts are for individual use and are subject to the device limit associated with your plan — you may not share an account beyond the devices permitted.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the free trial system, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

2. Free trial and purchases

• New accounts receive a free 7-day trial with full access to all games.
• After the trial ends, continued full access requires purchasing a plan (1 Month or 1 Year Full Access), or an additional device slot if needed.
• Purchases are one-time charges, not auto-renewing subscriptions, and are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Prices are listed in PKR and may change at any time; changes will not affect access already purchased.

3. Camera and photo features

Some games use your device's webcam for gesture-based gameplay, and may capture a "moment" photo on a high-scoring result, saved privately to that account's Living Moments gallery. Camera access is always requested through your browser's own permission prompt, and the Service will not access your camera without it. You can delete any saved photo at any time from the Living Moments page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass the trial limits, device limits, or any access controls
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the games or site content without permission

5. Intellectual property

All games, designs, text, and other content on byondthewords are owned by byondthewords or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.

6. Disclaimer

byondthewords is provided "as is." While we aim to keep the Service accurate, reliable, and available, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. byondthewords is an educational and recreational tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, or educational advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, byondthewords is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
